DAVENPORT, Iowa – Three men are behind bars after two men were allegedly shot and killed in Davenport Thanksgiving night.
On Nov. 28, police identified the men who died as Dane Howard, 23, and Damien Howard Sr., 44, both of Davenport.
Raymond Robinson Jr., 21, and Danny Howard Jr., 36, both of Davenport, were charged in the deaths of Dane and Damien.
Both Robinson and Howard Jr. are charged with two counts of First Degree Murder, a Class A Felony, two counts of Assault while Participating in Felony, a Class C Felony, four counts of Intimidation with Dangerous Weapon, a Class C Felony, and two counts of Going Armed with Intent, a Class D Felony.



On Dec. 9, police arrested Drake Howard Sr., 27, of Davenport, in connection to the deadly shooting. He is charged with Accessory After the Fact, a Class D Felony.

Allegations.
At around 1:45 a.m. Thanksgiving night, police responded to the parking lot of Chill Vibez located in the 100 block of Myrtle Street in Davenport, for a report of shots fired, arrest affidavits show.




Upon arrival, police say officers found two men with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
A third man, with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
According to police, Robinson and Howard Jr. deliberately fired pistols in the direction of at least four people in the parking lot, killing two and injuring at least one.
Both Robinson and Howard Jr. were booked into the Scott County Jail the next evening. On Nov. 29, a judge set their bond at $500,000 cash only, records show.
Howard Sr. is accused of being with one of the suspects when the shots were fired, and getting back into the vehicle with him to drive away from the crime scene.

Howard Jr. pled Not Guilty and waived his right to a speedy trial. A pretrial conference is set for March 3 at 1:35 p.m. to determine if the case will be resolved by a plea deal or be set for trial. He remains in custody out of county on a $500,000 cash only bond.
Robinson and Howard Sr. pled Not Guilty and invoked their right to a speedy trial, of which must be held on or before April 8. A pretrial conference is set for Feb. 6 at 1 p.m.
Robinson remains in custody out of county on a $500,000 cash only bond.
Howard Sr. remains in custody at the Scott County Jail on a $5,000 cash only bond.
