Allegations.

At around 1:45 a.m. Thanksgiving night, police responded to the parking lot of Chill Vibez located in the 100 block of Myrtle Street in Davenport, for a report of shots fired, arrest affidavits show.

Upon arrival, police say officers found two men with life-threatening gunshot wounds.

A third man, with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

According to police, Robinson and Howard Jr. deliberately fired pistols in the direction of at least four people in the parking lot, killing two and injuring at least one.

Both Robinson and Howard Jr. were booked into the Scott County Jail the next evening. On Nov. 29, a judge set their bond at $500,000 cash only, records show.
